Get Unstuck In 2 Easy Steps

Is it really that easy to move from being stuck to 'unstuck'? For me, feeling stuck is one of the worst feelings in the world, and when we are there, when we are sitting in it, it feels like there is no end in site, and no possibility to get out of where we are at.

So, actually, getting unstuck can be as simple as moving, standing up, doing jumping jacks, doing anything different than sitting in your 'stuck'. So, literally, we explain in this video that many times the reason we are stuck is that we are too busy focusing on what we can't control, rather than what we CAN control.

For instance, Jamie left his phone in the Uber on the way to the airport. Rather than focus on what he can't control, which is, he left his phone in the Uber, it happened. It's what happened. So, if he had sat there and thought, 'my videos of my niece are on there, and I'm never going to get them back', or if he had lamented over losing his phone, that is focusing on what he can't control. Instead, he decided to focus on 2 questions. 'What do I want?' and 'What do I need to do to get it?' or 'How can I get it?'. This created an instant shift, and he actually got his phone back, and he caught his flight on time.
