Motivational Story : A Boy From Andhra Pradesh, Who Studied Upto 10th Standard Is in Microsoft Company
Koti Reddy born in a small village in Andhra Pradesh has proved that there is no need for a degree to be successful. A degree can be a way of getting a job, but it cannot guarantee success. One day Koty Reddy gave father Rs 1000 to buy clothes, with that money, he decided to learn 'C language', but his father was not happy with the decision and beat him fiercely. In spite of this, Koti Reddy did not turn back from his decision. He also took many difficulties besides this. Many times he slept hungry. Worked in a grocery store for 700 rupees per month.
Koti Reddy first went to the village library and from there to the town library. Which was far from their village. They used to go there on foot. There he read the biographies of many veterans. Most influenced him by the story of Bill Gates, who were college dropouts. Koti Reddy takes Bill Gates as his ideal
During his struggling days his father passed away. From this incident he broke up inwardly, but he also decided that he would be ready for all kinds of circumstances.
Despite these lessons, Koti Reddy gradually learned Java and C language and continued to move forward. Gradually he became a teacher and then the owner of the institute. One day, a multinational company offered him the post of Chief Technical Officer (CTO). While he was busy preparing to go to Bangalore to handle the CTO's responsibility he got a call from Bill Gates. After which he got ready for the interview.
Koti says that he considers Bill Gates as God and Microsoft is like a temple for them. Koti Reddy, who studied up to Class X in government school, proved that there is no need for a degree to succeed. Degree only gets a job, but success only gets you on the strength of hard work and efficiency.
