An Inspiration Story Of Samarpan Maiti

Look at the news and it seems to be negativity everywhere. However, sometimes a few drops of positivity are seen in this ocean of negativity. We all know that LGBT Community or Third Gender does not have any right in the country. Fear of society does not make many people even realize their identity.

But do you know that beauty pageant is also organized for 'gay' youth in the country? On the lines of Miss India and Mr. India, every year in the country 'Mr. Gay World India 'is organized. The 'gay' winner of this competition will be honored by the country 'Mr. Gay World also offers opportunity to represent.

Maiti surrendered in Kolkata. Gay World India 2018 'winner has been selected. Dedication has to be fought hard to reach this stage. Let's know the story of his struggle and the special things related to this beauty pageant.

Samarpan Maiti Story and his struggle is an inspiration for many. Since childhood his parents were not in a very healthy relationship and at the age of 19 while he was in his teens, his father passed away, he was not from a very rich family rather he was economically backward and was finding it difficult to finance his studies. Then one of his friend took all his responsibility.
He struggled hard and finally his research on brain cancer drugs provided him a platform for higher studies abroad. But this is not his full story there is other side of him. In his childhood he was a confused soul, and his school mates and even teachers used to pass abusive language, sometimes even had to face physical violence and sexual abuse by his neighbors. His orientation was different from that of others, and he faced isolation from everybody.
When he reached to his youth it became even worse for him in his hostel. But there is a saying there light in every darkness he had got a very good friend, but the others looked at it in a negative way (they started spreading rumors that they were in relationship).
His family was also informed that he was a gay but still he struggled with his conflict internally. His friend kept supporting him and he focused with his studies, and finally qualified as a research fellow in the field of cancer drugs. But things still were not very rosy, as he was not rich and did not had an English speaking background, other LGBTQ community did not welcome him. He then started writing stories about his feelings and experiencing then he started getting recognition.
A photographer noticed him and offered him job on LGBT community. After that he started receiving more offers. He even started doing some research on LGBT community, for this he used to visit different cruising spots, where one day policeman in plain clothes came and he was detained, but was finally rescued by NGO.
Then He participated in Mr. Gay World India pageant, and he won the title and will represent India in the Global platform.
