Good Service makes the difference
In service, whatever you're paid can never equal what you put in. you only get satisfied when the the task has been accomplished. No one who truly serves can end up cheating others or going into corruption, except you were actually not sincerely serving (eye service).
When you serve, you'll be attracted to the good things of life, when you serve, you'll always be remembered at the end, even when you die.
A very good example of a man who truly served is Nelson Mandela. He served his nation ,even to the point of death. He knew there was going to be gain for him if he gets out of jail, but there was also a higher chance of him losing his life in the process, Now that is service. In service you don't just look at what you will gain, even though that could be considered as a motivating factor, you look at how positively your world could be changed by your service,whether or not you'll be rewarded.
People who truly serve ends up getting recognized. a very good example of people who have served the steemit Nigeria community that i know closely are @tojukaka and @ejemai .
These two great men have done a lot for their community and they were not initially noticed. It was possible for them not to get noticed to the at all for a long time and quit, but they kept at it, they didn't stop , now you don't need anyone to tell you they are doing good or not.
If you are working for a company and no one has noticed you or come to say thank you,they are even planning to fire you, don't quit, don't turn from good to bad if they don't "say thank you" . Don't even feel bad if they fire you because if truly you were serving, your absence will be felt. Be so good that people cannot do without you.
People who truly serve, end up being called a hero. You can be a hero in your office ,school company or your community, just keep doing the good work you are doing, soon it will pay off. That's what success is, you look for a human need and reach out to meet that need, whether you will gain at the end or not.
