Steemit is fun, but also calls for a hard work!

I've been using Steemit for a few months now, but what I have realized so far is this: Steemit is a great social and rewards platform that you can use to learn and explore many new areas, especially to get acquainted with the growing crypto world. Also, Steemit has a kind of a magnetic force - the combination of a social and rewards platform is a winning combinaton in my opinion. Basically, you get paid for having fun.

However, it still calls for a hard work! It is similar to all everyday activites in our life. For example, although I like certain things very much, like running, taking a walk in the nature, visiting friends etc., I still need to plan all of these activites and then stick to a plan to succeed. Otherwise other "more important" things rule them out.

And this is exactly the same pattern that I have noticed in my Steemit life too. I like Steemit very much, I like posting and then reading comments from my followers or simply counting the upvotes. I like reading the posts of my Steemit friends. But still, now almost one week passed by and I just didn't have time to be around here. A lack of determination, interest? Not at all! It's just a matter of not being organized enough.

A need for a good plan - a reasonable plan

Maybe the problem is not just in not having a plan. I've been discussing our Steemit activity with my wife as well. We both agree that we need to have a reasonable plan and then to encourage each other to stick with it. Our new plan (goal) is not to post every day, since we are very busy at other aspects of our life. But if we manage to post 3 to 4 times a week, that would be great too.

In conclusion, Steemit is fun, a real fun, but it also calls for a hard work! So, let's work hard on having fun consistently :)

Ciao @nedy
I agree with your point of view.
Is like a daily task, run 5 miles, take a shower, post and upvote/comment
having family, job, whatever Steemit is not really the first tought.
but, hey, is funny and we are paid for.
So is important, if we believe in the platform, to consider planning the task ;)

You are very right on this one.
Steemit can be frustrating at times, especially when so much hardwork is put into a post and then the reward is next to nothing.
It also calls for determination.
Thanks for sharing @nedy

I invested a lot of money and countless hours in almost two years. I spent at least four hours a day on steemit without even counting how many hours on the hunt for good photos. It's a job for me.

Thanks for your feedback @oldtimer. It is obvious also for me that you have spent a lot of time, money and energy for Steemit. Steemit is on a priority list for me and my wife as well, since we see a great potential in this platform. Right now we are working primarily on stabilizing our freelance way of life to make enough to pay bills consistently, but then go Steemit go!!
