Think Positive, Feel Good

For most of us, negative thinking is just something we fall into from time to time, when we are feeling low, and it doesn't take much to snap out of it and adapt our normal happy-go-lucky, life-is-a-breeze style of thinking. For the rest of us, positive thinking seems to be an unattainable ideal which we would but dream about if only we would quit being so downbeat! It can be completely debilitating or simply frustrating — for ourselves and for those we come into contact with. It is never enjoyable and it doesn't make you the easiest person to be around either! It also serves no real. stress-free purpose.

So, this workbook is designed to help you identify your negative thoughts and create more positive, empowering ones, because negative thinking takes so much from you — energy, enthusiasm, good-will. wellbeing and even friendships. The only benefit it has is in highlighting problems - and that's only of any use if you actually do something about it. Wallowing in the problem weakens you, disempowers you and diminishes your experience of life.
