CALM IN THE EYE OF THE STORM
Hello to my fellow #thebeast contestant and also to the whales all around. Its been one hell of a ride. Not sure what day today is maybe 9th or 10th.
Grateful for the grace and strength to still be a contender. Kinda slow to comment for the past few days. I had an health scare a few days ago due to stress and all,lol wondering what this smallie is stressed about. I had to go run some medical test and it turned out to be stage 2 tyhpoid.
I have been treating it though and I have been in a drug hazed zone. However, I am getting better slowly and steadily and still in the race cos I had my post planned out for the first 7days.
Moral of this post is to take sometime out to smell the roses, spend time with friends and family. Take care of your body like you do your mind and soul. Be in tune with your body to know when it is tired and needs some rest. Work is forever while our health is not.

For I will restore health to you and heal you of your wounds says the Lord. - Jeremiah 30 vs 17
This has been the best sickness ever, lol, apart from the usual symptoms that comes with this ailment, I have been my usual self. I know that was God and not me. He promised me that a cheerful heart is a good medicine and I keep my heart cheerful at all times in other to be fit physically, spiritually and mentally.
So I am leaving the sick with this, so that you can benefit from God's resources.
