You have to come up.
Don't be down with your with your down situation, no problem can be solved with the same level of thinking that put you there, your thinking must be higher than the level of the problem in order to get them solved.
Think up and keep thinking up is one of the way to get out of problems faster than require. This might sound impossible or so difficult to achieve because problems always has a way of blocking our eyes from seeing, our ears from hearing and our mind from thinking. All these are what can keep you on a level higher than your problem, if you can but apply them.
Yesterday, I posted a post that says you don't have a problem, what you need is an expanded mind. This post is more like a continuation to that post, expand your mind by coming up, don't handle your problems with the same level of reasoning that put you into the problems.
If you need help, seek for it, stop worrying yourself about the problems that can easily be solved with an encounter with higher wisdom either from a book or a mentor.
