We’re all motivated by money to some extent. Myself included. I’ve stated and been honest in the past to say that I might not be able to justify the amount of time I spend on here if it took so much away from my business that requires so much attention. But monetization on here helps me (and my wife) justify the time, effort and energy put into creating.

After you reach a certain threshold however where you can have the material things that you want, passion and fulfillment and significance are larger motivators.
