Wow! I have seen myself in that shoe before, felt helpless and even had to conclude I cannot quit a bad habit I have now quit but too ashamed to mention it here....Thanks for bringing this ON
I used to have a lot of bad habits, I still do, but most importantly need to be persistent to get rid of the bad habits.
