الرياض المغربية هي عبارة عن مباني تقليدية منتشرة في جميع أنحاء المغرب العظيم وتعمل كفنادق (نزل) ومطاعم.
تتكون هذه الرياض أو الروضات من طابقين وفي وسطهم ساحة أو حديقة جميلة وبوسطها نافورة صغيرة، ويبقى سقف هذا المبنى مفتوح في القسم المركزي وهذا بهدف التبريد الطبيعي للرياض. تتجمع الغرف الفندقية الرائعة في الطابق الثاني، بينما تحتل مساحات الإسترخاء وغرف تناول الطعام الطابق الأرضي.
في بعض الرياض تتوفر أحواض السباحة الصغيرة في الطابق الأرضي وفي معظم الحالات تتوفر إمكانية الإسترخاء على سطح المبنى والإستمتاع من الهواء الطلق.
ترجع نشأة هذه المباني التقليدية إلى مدينة وليلي في دولة الأدارسة أي أول دولة إسلامية مستقلة على أرض المغرب في القرن الثامن ميلادياً، ولكنها حافظت على وجودها حتى يومنا هذا وتعتبر إحدى أشهر وأجمل التجارب السياحية التي يمر بها المسافر عند زيارته المغرب. ولا يغيب عن ذهن الزائر الشبه ما بين هذه الفنادق التقليدية وعمارة البيت الشامي الدمشقي التاريخي. فعمليًا وعبر الأدارسة انتقل هذا التراث المتوسطي من شرق البحر الأبيض المتوسط إلى المغرب العربي بشكل عام، لتصبح المملكة المغربية هي إحدى الحاضنات لإرث هذه العمارة المتوسطية وناقلتها الى الأندلس في القرن الثامن الميلادي، لتنتقل من هناك بدورها الى جنوب فرنسا وإيطاليا وتشيّد بهذا بدايات البيت الإيطالي التقليدي. وهكذا أصبحت الرياض المغربية، بزخارفها الإسلامية، حوض ساحتها الشامي، وألوانها الشمال أفريقية المستوحاة من ثقافة الأمازيغ العريقة، مركبًا جامعًا للعديد من ثقافات المتوسط، ورمزًا للتطور العمراني الإنساني بشكل عام.

This Riyadh or Al Rawdat consists of two floors and in the middle there is a beautiful courtyard or garden with a small fountain in the middle. The roof of this building is open in the central section, with the aim of natural cooling of Riyadh. The superior hotel rooms are on the second floor, while the relaxation areas and dining rooms are located on the ground floor.
In some Riyadh small swimming pools are available on the ground floor and in most cases you can relax on the rooftop and enjoy the open air.
The origin of these traditional buildings dates back to the city of Laili in the state of Adarsa, the first independent Islamic state on the land of Morocco in the eighth century AD, but has maintained its existence to this day and is one of the most famous and most beautiful tourist experiences experienced by the traveler when visiting Morocco. The visitor's mind is similar to the traditional hotels and the historic Damascus-Damascus architecture. The Mediterranean heritage moved from the eastern Mediterranean to the Maghreb in general, so that the Kingdom of Morocco was one of the incubators of the heritage of this Mediterranean architecture and transported it to Andalusia in the eighth century AD, moving from there to southern France and Italy, .
