حيّ اليهود في تطوان قديمًا، أمّا اليوم فيعتبر الحيّ مزارًا للسّيّاح. ويقع الحيّ في مكان قريب من عدّة مواقع ومعالم مهمّة في تطوان، مثل متحف الفنّ الحديث وقصر حسن الثّاني
يوجد حي الملاح بالمدينة القديمة لتطوان، وقد تم بناؤه سنة 1807 ميلادية بعدما هدم حي الملاح البالي للقيام بتوسعة الجامع الكبير. المكان الحالي لحي الملاح كان مصلى وهبه السلطان مولاي سليمان لليهود لبناء حيهم بعدما قرر السلطان توسعة المسجد الاعظم.
يتميز حي الملاح بتواجد العديد من الدكاكين التجارية و اليت يقصدها السياح للتبضع وشراء مختلف التحف التقليدية والفواكه الجافة والتوابل والتي تستقطب العديد من السياح من الداخل والخارج خاصة الباحثين عن الديكورات التقليدية والتوابل الخاصة بالمأكولات المغربية الاصيلة.
حي الملاح يضم العديد من الانشطة التي كانوا يمارسونها اليهود مثل بيع الاثواب وبيع لوازم الخياطة كما ان المدينة ممتلئة بالدكاكين حيث ان 50 في المائة من اليهود كانوا يقتاتون من التجارة بحي الملاح خلال اقامتهم بالحي.
يمتاز التخطيط العمراني للملاح بالتناسق وطول الازقة واستقامتها المتوازية مع تخطيط عمودي حديث.

There is a neighborhood of the navigator in the old city of Tetouan, which was built in 1807 AD after the demolition of the neighborhood of the navigator Balali to expand the Grand Mosque. The current location of the neighborhood of the navigator was the chapel of the Sultan Moulay Sulaiman for the ,Jews to build their neighborhood after the Sultan decided to expand the Grand Mosque.
Al-Mallah neighborhood is characterized by the presence of many shops and commercial destination for tourists to buy and buy various traditional antiques and dry fruits and spices, which attracts many tourists from home and abroad, especially those looking for traditional decorations and spices for authentic Moroccan cuisine.
Al-Mallah neighborhood includes many activities that Jews practiced, such as the sale of clothes and the sale of sewing supplies. The city is full of shops, as 50 percent of the Jews were from the trade in Al-Malah during their stay in the neighborhood.
The spatial planning of the navigator has the consistency, length of the alleys and its parallel alignment with a modern vertical layout.
