No doubt hurdles are there to make you strong.I have to represent my presentation in the final demonstration of degree and this is the tough time for me.With stress and pressure, I have to also give the concentration to my work that helps me to present me well there in front of HOD.
I am getting myself ready for it as in order to reduce some frustration i am going to post om steemit may be some one is there to guied me about my condition.

you have to rest well, sleep well and remove yourself from stress by thinking about your happy places.
What you think about all the time can run you down, that means what happends externaly around you is out of your control, but what happens in your mind can be controlled most of the time.
