Yesterday, after I took the bus to leave the airport from Terminal 3. At the next bus stop, a pregnant lady wearing a blue denim shirt boarded the bus and sat next to me. A guy whom I believe is her husband sat opposite her. Along the way, she got a phone call and started yakking. Not the loudly talk kind so I didn’t really mind nor pay attention to the conversation until… she said, “Oh ya, today I’m working from home.” Working from home? My ass. You boarded the bus slightly after 2pm at the airport. Is the airport your home? Later, when there was a seat in front that became available, she and the guy moved up. They didn’t get off the bus until almost an hour later at Somerset Road across the road from Somerset 313. Working from home? My ass. I know it is not easy carry a baby but I’m sure you have leave entitlement from your employer. You shouldn’t be scamming your employer who allowed you to work from home.
