This kale flower is not very tasty but its a great looking Fall flower that can resist frostbite. In fact, I photographed it yesterday and its still going strong in January in the Northeast!
Oh... did I mention the color?
I photographed the kale flower with my Canon 5D camera and 70-200 mm lens.
