Pirin is a very, very beautiful mountain. I've been hiking there. And dangerous, I would only hike in the summer. ;) Very rocky, I remember part of my hike was only sharp stones, so good hiking shoes are a must too :) Perhaps the most beautiful Bulgarian mountain ;)
They didn't have electricity & satellites in the middle ages! xD Homes built by hand with resources within the local environment nothing wrong with that - I think they have real character. Kool Photo :)
