The Temple Pigeons !!

I notice every time i visit a temple in Thailand there are always pigeons there on the roofs of the temples to greet you i asked a monk one day why is it that pigeons love hanging around on temple roofs he said it's the chanting of the monks that they find there selves at peace here.
