MONOMAD CHALLENGE - STREET - FLOODED STREET

This is my entry for the #monomad challenge hosted by @monochromes

Photo taken near our office last August when the whole city where I work was flooded. That vehicle is called kuliglig, it's a tractor usually found at the farm, which they use to transport crops. When there's a flood in our place and some parts were not passable by most vehicles it is used as transportation.
