Monochrome Monday: New Year Day's Landscape

Cloud covered sky above the snow-covered hills looking towards the South where the sun is supposed to come out.

This was the sight on the first morning of this year and on the first run too. The monochrome version is somewhat dark and gloomy. The real feel was lighter as you can see from the original photo.
