That’s how I would describe what was described by an NPR interview I listened to. It’s an interview with Moneyland author Oliver Bullough about the upside down world where crooks around the world hide their money away from their governments, all covered in the book.

8% of money in the world is in Moneyland, or the Upside Down. Gets you thinking about the political environment we’re in and the rise of cryptography/cryptocurrency.
