Three benefits of a basic income

I really like the idea of a basic income. In my opinion the basic income is the only tool which gave us freedom and independence.
So here are three good reasons for a basic income

In Germany we get a basic social security when you are unemployed. You get 60% of your last sallery in the year after loosing the job and after this year the state pays a little flat and in addition 409 € (458 $). In Germany there exits a lot low-paid jobs. Unemployed peole say, there is no big difference between the basic social security and the money they will earn with a job. So they stay unemployed. A basic income can give them a reason to work, because they 'll earn money in addition to the basic income.

Students will also benefit from the basic income. To pay rent and food a lot of students have to work or they need a student loan. Sometimes working students miss lectures and have less time to learn and the other ones have to pay a lot of money after their study. The basic income can give them the possibility to focus on their study and avoid big debts.

A basic income will also reduce bureaucracy. In Germany we have many different social insurrances. You can exchange all of them with basic income. The state don't have to controll, if someone is allowed to get money from these insurrances.
So a lot of officals will be unnecessary.

I know there a many other good reasons for a basic income. I also know, there are many dectractors of the basic income. In following articles i will describe the reasons why a basic income is possilbe and how you can make it payable.
