After a successful put sell on Hershey in June... It is time for the next opportunity. Sell the July 20, $92 puts on Hershey for $1.80. A 2% payout on your purchase obligation.
If Hershey is above $92 through July 20, put sellers will keep the $1.80 for an annualized gan of 23%.
If Hershey closes below $92 on expiration day, you buy shares at a discount and have the potential to turn around and sell covered calls.
Protection use stop loss at $82.
Hershey is a world-class business that deserves to trade at premium prices. So when it trades at a discount to its average valuations, it's often a great time to collect cash.
