Firstly, the numbers: our total value is currently about 2045 STEEM (+35 STEEM), including 1086 STEEM within Steem Engine and a total of 15803 tokens in play. This gives ONECENT an ABV of about 12.94 STEEM cents (0.1294 STEEM), slightly up on yesterday.
ONECENT News
Another good day out on the farm.
Today have placed 100 more ONECENT tokens onto the market at the new ABV of 12.94 STEEM cents. Let's see if anybody buys them.
Luckily, yesterday I was cautious in increasing the market price of CATS within my own fund spreadsheet. There was a small oversight, in that open orders expire after 30 days. This means token admins, like myself, have to watch as the price-points come close to expiry and have to duplicate the same order for another 30 days.
For CATS, this meant the true market price was 24 STEEM rather than 26, as the 24 and 25 STEEM price-points had expired! I say luckily, because I had them down as 24 anyway, so have not had to make any adjustments downwards.
Not much else to add today, just that ONECENT looks more likely now to reach that 16 cents price-point, that has been our ceiling for the whole trading game so far.

Tether Will ‘Vigorously’ Defend Itself If New Lawsuit Is Filed Against It
“In advance of any filing, we want to make clear our position that any claims based on these insinuations are meritless, reckless and a shameless attempt at a money grab. Accordingly, Tether will vigorously defend itself in any such action.”
I cannot as yet find the research paper in question, but being the internet, it must be somewhere.
here is an older paper from June 2018 which may, or may not, be related.
These continue to be the same concerns as always: that Tether, through Bitfinex, both subsidiaries of iFinex, is used to manipulate Bitcoin prices.
