"The System," historically, never seems to blow up. Little failures and adjustments here and there, but the rich have always continued to get richer and the poor poorer. Royalty, money handlers, the military-industrial complex and big religions have always ruled, and extracted the wealth of, the working class / (soon to be) peasants. And the USA seems quite content / hopelessly ignorant enough to let this continue. Trickle-down Reaganomics still runs our economy after 30+ years.
