100% agree with what you have said. I could never understand why housing become a wealth generating asset when it is just a basic human need. And now councils are continuing to jack up property taxes and provide less and less services. An absolute rip off of the people. Slaving away for most of your working life just for basic shelter needs😠.

Exactly, perhaps it makes sense for a business that makes sense since that's meant to generate value but for people, I think it's absolutely ludicrous. Someone had to have stolen, killed or claimed it as their right and now the rest have to pay. The country draws some arbitrary borders and we have to pay them to live in a land, we didn't even choose to live in? I don't know mate, the world lost its marbles a long time ago lol logic isn't meant for us it seems
