Introduction
I was having trouble finding data comparing STEEM to SBD, so I decided to calculate it myself based on data found at Coinmarketcap.com. Depending on how useful the chart proves to be, I plan to update it periodically.

what are your conclusions so far?
The value of SBD is inexorably tied to the value of Steem, but the relationship is one-sided (SBD can be exchanged for Steem but not vice-versa). This might not be true, however, if the conversion option described in the white-paper no longer exists (the option was available on the Steemit wallet, but no longer exists). Based on my research, it might still be possible to convert SBD to Steem through Python.
