What Can Our Language Tell Us about What Real Money is?

Money, quite simply, is whatever people think it is. It can be(and has been) notches on a stick, seashells, and paper with marks scribbled on them. And today, a lot of people are interested in answering the question of: What will be considered money in the future?
Will the U.S. fiat oil-backed dollar remain valuable? For how long? What about cryptocurrency? For heavens sake there are literally thousands of them.

But if you really want to know what money is and what it will continue to be, you need to ask yourself what has the most hold over peoples minds in terms of what money is. To answer that look at their languages. That is how people express themselves most articulately, through their words. Which words appear in language is not just accidental, and it tells us a lot about what people believe.

That's why I don't take it lightly that the word for money and silver are interchangeable in over 14 different languages including argent in French, kesef in Hebrew, and plata in Spanish.

Also, silver has numerous industrial uses and the physical sliver/gold ratio is 17/1 while it is priced at 60/1.

With that in mind, I do believe in some of the non-mining(non-energy wasting)cryptocurrency that have the most usefulness such as STEEM and the whole EOS/bitshares world. I like KuCoin as well because they profit share and give KCS(KuCoin Shares)holders of 6 or more KCS a tiny amount of EVERY SINGLE COIN THEY TRADE every day. That way you cover all your crypto bases. LOL

So make sure to invest in some silver, and keep STEEMING!
