Yesterday was a leg and a booty day. And it was a good one. Now writing this my but heart pretty bad 😂
I am trying my leg exercises to improve cuz they are my big insecurity and I maaaybe see an improvement. I do 3 sets 10 times about 6,7 exercises. I’m always trying something new because I feel my body is used to some of it and it does it automatically. The bigger problem is my calories. I can’t gain calories fast and I’m gaining in all the wrong places 😂 Wish me 🍀
