Last month gym updates
So the last month was not so successful month for me talking about the gym, soI swapped up to Ashwaganda 500 and it is doing not so well for me so again that is all about getting good sleep getting, energy reloaded and you know you feel more fresh to be ready for the gym etc, but me on the other hand I feel so tired and I do go to the gym and I do exercise one with you know my personal records as I usually do but after that, just one exercise for like 3/4 times repeated I feel like I have been beaten for five days, and then it becomes a struggle to end the training in a good way and I end up finishing too early and not keeping at the maximum I can give and you know you do have some bad days and you don’t really care about it but another hand those bad days are like every time you go to the gym there is something wrong so as you know when you’ll type in the Google, you can discover that you have all diseases in the world so that is very helpful so I do think that is a problem and that I need to get a ashwaganda I was drinking before and that is 250 so yeah that’s about it and I need to buy again my creatine in that I drink every like five days so that is also something that can Make the consequences are in the gym so that is my update. I did eat a lot. I did gain some weight, but I did gain some muscles weight. I am super small tho still when I look at the mirror, I am not satisfied, and I still think I am quite small. Specially, in the person in the pictures you can’t really see how small and tiny I am, and I’m super short, so I am hi dysphormia
But I did eat quiet not a lot these few days and I lost under 1 kg and that is good for me because when I do eat small amounts I do lose like 3/4/5 kg so I do think that I gained some muscles and my minimum is 49 to 50 kg which I do have now and a year ago when I do lose my weight when I lose my appetite in a few days I lose you know 4/5 kilograms and end up with 45 in total so yeah that is my update. I hope I will figure out the problem and get ready for the summer and training more thn ever
