ICO And Bounties, What Are They And How Can I Profit From Them ?

What is an ICO ?

ICO is an abbreviation for Initial Coin Offering. This is the process in which  new coin developers  are looking for funding and in exchange they give early investors a discount on purchases of the coin.  Millions can be raised very quickly using this marketing strategy.

ICO's can be very profitable for investors but you must do your research on the company and people running the ICO before even considering investing a cent. While ICO's may be very profitable for investors they are also very risky. So do your research and make an informed decision before investing any of your hard earned money in any ICO. If they flop, you are out your initial investment.

How Do I Profit From ICO ?

Many ICO's offer coins at a big discount to initial investors. What this means is by the time the coin you invested in hits exchanges and is offered to the public you have already made a profit. You can simple trade or sell the coins you bought during the ICO period as soon as they hit the market for profits.

What Are Bounties ?

Bounties are offered by new start ups. Simply put bounties are jobs / tasks or projects the coin developers want you to complete and in exchange they will give you some coins.. This is great for investors who have a limited budget. Like ICO's, bounties can be very profitable if you find the right ones.

Some of these task are very easy while others will require a little more effort. Some examples of the type of  tasks that are offered  include but are not limited to are:

1. Create a blog / article / post about the new project.

2. Follow on Twitter and tweet about the project.

3. Follow on FaceBook and like / post / re-post about the project.

4. Sign others up that will invest in the project.

5. Translate the companies official pages into other languages.

6. Sign up to the official web page.

As you see some of these tasks are easy to do but can be time consuming. For example a company may want you to tweet a certain amount of tweets a week for an extended period of time before paying you the agreed upon bounty.  While bounties don't cost you money, it does cost you time. Choose them wisely.
