With the low price of steem this is a great time to lock in shares of the Minnow Builder program. As all steem is used to power up and all Steem Power is owned (or delegated for shares) we are in a position that lease markets will not effect our ability to give votes. This means if/when steem prices increase we will just have an ever growing vote value.
