1. the total supply won't be finalized until after the pre-sale and ICO. The total number of tokens issues during those 2 phases will make up 70% of the total supply. We have a fundraising hard cap though. Pre-sale hard cap is $8m, though we are completely focused on the first target of $2m right now. Because this is an ethereum token, there is no mining per se, but 10% of the total supply will be reserved for issuing out as a user reward for using Mingo.

2. we were going to do the ICO soon after the pre-sale but decided that it is better for us to build out MingoWallet to show the community that we are responsible with the funds they entrust to us before we raise more.
