Welcome back to my favourite music...alphabetically.
Favourite Artist: Radiohead
Genre: Alternative Rock, Art Rock, Electronic
Obvious choice, what can be said about Radiohead that hasn't already been said? I love almost all their albums and they never stagnate with any one style. Awesome band. Check out: OK Computer (1997), Kid A (2000) and A Moon Shaped Pool (2016).
Favourite Album: Rust in Peace by Megadeth
Genre: Thrash Metal with technical elements.
Megadeth's best album, it has so many classics: Holy Wars...The Punishment Due, Hanger 18, Rust in Peace...Polaris. The guitar playing is on point and Dave Mustaine's vocals are great as they usually are (controversial opinion but I like his voice). Just such a fantastic album. Favourite Song: Reckoner by Radiohead
Genre: Art Rock
This was a tough one (other choices include Return Trip and Holy Wars...The Punishment Due) but I decided to go with one of my favourite Radiohead songs (I have a lot of favourite Radiohead songs). Reckoner is super calm and beautiful and has great melodies and vocals. Gold.
