Happiness is in ourselves. We just forgot it. Meditation is the tool to declutch all external burden and start to feel it.

Happiness comes from Mind...
And Mind is nothing but bundle of thought...

Mind is tool which drive everything brain body and sense organ also... but can't drive to Soul .. Soul is more powerful one but neutral...

So this Mind can be control By training.. If Mind is disturbed peace /sorrow or happiness anyone would chose most frequently violent is taken to destroy everything using our body and brain.

As we know that An Empty Brain is devils works shop here Devils is MInd...

So if we want to Peace and Happiness we should have to train our Mind ... How to deal with situation , In this way we can achieved it... And for getting trained we need to Meditate .......simple

we are here in material World , We don't know how many times days or years have to stay here...
when Final call will come we have no time to develop our self have to go suddenly so We need to achieve the supreme reality side by side we have to live a peaceful life happy life surrounded by ours relative and neighbors so we have to be more cautious don't want violence need peace.. as we are gainigns speace our surrounded will change also.... at least little bit effect will be there...
