Why Another 50% Correction Is Possible
The bull run is historic. We saw a rise off the 2009 lows to all time highs in basically a straight line. There were some minor pullbacks in there but nothing major.
This leads some to believe bear markets are over. The central banks navigated us out of the last economic collapse to a bull run that has many buying into "always higher".
The challenge with this is that markets do turn. Many are convinced the Fed, along with other central banks, are going to turn off the spigot. The Fed loaded up it's balance sheet with $4 trillion. This means it is less able to take on more debt to handle another economic collapse.
