I propose what a few lines of well composed and applied code could accomplish for the greater cryptocurrency community. Crypto and web exchanges currently have no limits on trade size.
Remedy code concept: Trade size limits who's calculation are a function of the total book value and rate of change over time for each trading pair. This logic would accomplish the lessening of peaks and immediacy in price movements (compression of volume and rate of change).
Those relying on cryptocurrency as a currency for use like to know that their investment can't lose half of it's value in minutes. Adoption of cryptocurrency is important and so are the interests of individuals who participate in the blockchain economy.
The code being developed, a standard (integers for limiting function, order limit related to market volume and rate of change in value over time) could be negotiated among participating exchanges.
More reasonable moves in price favor the use of cryptocurrency as it was intended rather than a wild west poker chip.

I also had a BTC and LiTeCoin wallet on there from 2014. There were probably only small amounts but those ten dollars were worth hundreds last January when the market peaked. Although I was assured the computer would be returned to me ..3 years later, no laptop. It's the original full-quality digital media that I could use during the compositing of the website presenting the developments of the three cannabis related technologies.
