Why XRP Recently Surged to 40%

Yeterday, Ripple's price had a 40% upsurged at $0.24 due to increased trading volume in Korea.

This could probably due to a recent tweet from Ripple about their newest development. Other people said that the logo of their marketing looks exactly like the map of Korea. This might have lead Koreans buying XRP's.

Acording to CoinmarketCap, three exchanges are currently leading the Ripple's market where Bithumb leads and makes up 45% of the total volume.

Coinone and Korbit followed at 17% and 12% respectively and that is a total of roughly 74% trading volume of XRP/KRW.

XRP has not still surpassed it's all-time high price at $0.33 in May 2017 but yesterday was its most trade volume in just a single day.

Japan's Leading Ticket Exchange Marketplace Now Accepts BTC

A big peer-to-peer ticket exchange marketplace in Japan, Ticket Camp, has recently announced that they are now accepting Bitcoin as one of their payment method.

The web-based ticket exchange platform has 500M+ users all over the country and is the first ever ticket industry to accept cryptocurrency in Japan.

It partners with Coincheck, a bitcoin wallet and exchange based in Japan, to handle bitcoin transactions in the company.

A major Japanese department store has also recently adopted to Bitcoin.
