RE: I'm My Own Worst Enemy - Self-Critisism & Fear Of Failure
It not been easy, just one thing keeps me going, a man who has nothing to lose has everything to prove, and am determined to do just that, thanks for your masterpiece .
I was wondering why you didn’t write ‘a man who has nothing to lose has everything to GAIN’ instead of ‘prove’?
Having to prove something puts a whole lot of weight on your shoulders, I’d think..
It means that I need to work hard to prove Myself.
To whom do you have to prove yourself? To yourself?
I think you should cut yourself some slack. There’s nothing to prove.
I’ve set my goal to growing, instead of proving. That doesn’t put the stakes as high, and makes it easier to reach the goal
The law of nature is to give something for something .
