What to do with these mangoes?

I saw many mangoes in my friends house and I asked him what will he do with all of that. Will he just eat it as it is or make something special like a shake, which came first to my mind. I am shocked when he said that his plan is to make an ice cream. I do not know if he is serious or just making a joke, but he seems serious. Well let us see if he will be able to make mango ice cream.
