A day for the gumboots.
Whispers of 'Go to the lake Ally' ~Ally.
At the Roseville lake: Nocturnal spiders had spread veils over twigs, native grasses and wildflowers, all around the lake. Veils now bejeweled, as the first rays of the sun forging through the fog, fell upon them.

Seeing the web decorated with crystal like dew drops was such a magical sight.
Virtually impossible to capture the transient beauty of the rainbow flashes. Still, the photograph can take on its own identity now, which retains some of the feeling I had in that 'magicmoment.'

This is so very beautiful! It makes me remember a #magicalmoment of my own, that I lived in Alto Adige, Italy at a place called Lake Prags (Pragser Wildsee) in the early morning, before the place were invaded by tourists. I'll begin to assemble the post right now!

Thanks so much Di. The droplets of dew were glistening on all the grasses and plants, but were especially magical on the webs.
I have a few other images of the webs covering twigs that I'll be sharing shortly. Magical too. Perhaps not quite as magical as this fine web.
