Reconnecting with your Inner Child is a sacred journey within ones soul. A rediscovery of ones own self and a claim to peace, joy and wonderment.

Children show us how to fall in love. The child is in a constant state of discovery and vulnerability where imagination and magic are the foundations of their experience.

The child invites you back inward to a place of non-judgement, synchronicity and pure love.

As we choose to grow our hearts in the sacred path of the inner child, we dissolve our boundaries, borders and doubts. We go deep into our souls without any compass but our own heart.

We are all on this journey to reclaim our joy and sovereignty. Here are a few notes you may want to consider:

• get messy (play in the dirt, go out without a plan)
• be in wonder with life
• find joy in sacred simplicity
• be vulnerable, speak and act your truth
• spend time and connect with nature

• observe others without judgement
• trust in synchronicity and believe in yourself
• love yourself
• realize that anything is possible
