Love: The Dominant Strategy of the Universe (Article)

I grew up with video games at the core of my entertainment. Most games can be seen as systems with inputs and outputs, with the player being the decision-making agent that changes the outcome of all the pieces in play. This way of looking at games can be extended to our real-world realities. We are in this mentally constructed system that interacts with the outside world through a series of sensory inputs and choices leading to outputs.

Likewise, most games have what is called a dominant strategy; a series of actions or choices that will lead to the best possible outcome for the player. Something to question is; what is the dominant strategy of life?

Each day, endless opportunities are laid out before us. Are we actualizing each and every one, or are we regularly letting doors close on us? The key to solving this puzzle lies in manifesting perspective. Each of us refracts the objective reality that is filtered through our senses, so we are left with countless potential perspectives to derive truth from.

Finding a perspective that grants the best outcomes for everyone can only be found from a place of love. Channeling love allows you to see, hear, and feel people on the deepest level. This, in turn, grants you the greatest insight into their personal world, as the people you love will open themselves more to you. The greater your network than you have bonded with, the more choices and solutions you will be privy to.

This is the sole requirement of actualizing one’s full potential. By sending this powerful force outwards, the universe sends it back to you; By tending their garden with love, the garden-tender tends themselves. Entropy is what we are all fighting. By supporting others, you help them get a leg up and reach their full potential. When more people are activating the full potential of being a human being, everyone wins.

All it takes is maturity and patience. We may not know the best way to act or the best thing to say, but by putting that first step forward, you move closer to a place where you can. By willingly allowing love to flow through you, you turn yourself into a fountain of healing and growing energy that enriches everything good wherever you go.

Keep in mind, to love is not to trade love. Open armed, the true lover gives their love freely. You should not be focused on the self, wondering how this could possibly work out for you. Be selfless, and watch the whole around you grow.

You pilot a fantastic vessel: a body that the universe has gifted to explore the playground, it is also giving you. This can be the greatest adventure anyone can conceive if we are willing to open ourselves to the potential we have at our fingertips. Fear is the only enemy; that which locks us within our temple, separating us from the magic that lies around us every day.
