longexposurephotography - Linz at night from the Pöstlingberg

I really like it very much when i can look at a city from above in the evening with all the lights that give the city a incredible pulse. Two years ago in summer i visited the Pöstlingberg for some photography in the evening. It was a pretty nice day with only a few clouds and the evening was pretty warm. So it was a perfect day for taking pictures like these. Today i think i really have to visit this place some time soon just to relax and feel the city underneath you.

I think it's pretty awesome when you can enjoy a nice place like this and hear the cars, the industry and other sounds from the city, experience the pulsing live down there while you enjoy a nice time to relax and just watch the life rushing by. I also find it very interesting that the light changes so fast in the evening that some minutes later the picture appears completely different. Ok, i also used a shorter exposure time but still the whole scene appears to be much darker in this image.
