  2. To be repaid;

    2. At the loanee's discretion, the outstanding balance to be repaid in STEEM before the end of the loan term.

Nice to see some other loans around.

A full range of financial services will help bring more people to steem. It adds richness to the ecosystem.

This is cool..This is legally binding, is it not? <--- honest question, sorry if it sounds unintellectual.. =)

Btw, small correction to be made:

A loan for 750 STEEM paid by to the loaner to the loanee at 0% interest for a term 3 years.

Thanks for the correction. I'm not sure if the loan is legally binding. It has the marks of a contract, but it might not meet the regulations specific to a loan contract in many jurisdictions. I think my chances of having this enforced in a small claims court in New Zealand are probably decent. Though, I'm happy enough with enforcement via the court of public opinion. Everything is public on the blockchain so amybody can be our auditors.

So why didn't you just delegate it?

Because the loanee needed liquid currency for SteemFest2.

Hey @eturnerx! I don't know how to contact you, so I am doing it here. I wanted to say thank you for the delegation. Many new Steemians will be supported by your generosity!

If there is anything we can help you with, feel free to ask us in our community: https://discord.gg/PtDsjJ. As we will keep growing over time, there will be more members with different skills sets :)

Hi. You can DM me with the same username on various Discords, including thealliance.
The delegation is my thanks to you for the work you do building community on the steem. blockchain. It's indefinite; keep up the good work!

this is an excellent idea! Never thought we can do the "smart contract" stuff on STEEM blockchain. I think with some additional signing added, this can be even made legally biding - like a government issued/approved digital certificate.
