Excellent advice! We were commanded to "love" each other and also our "enemies." You have many good reminders here and ways to help people focus on the good and love towards each other. Another good point you allude to is to lead by example. It reminds me of the scripture in John 13:34-35
"'I give a new commandment to you: 'Love one another; just as I have loved you, you should also love one another. Every person will know by this that you are my disciples, if you shall have love one to the other.'"
