Seafood Grill - Grigliata di mare
Friends are important and eating together is always a party. We organized a last minute barbecue this time focusing on fish instead of the usual meat.
Because of the delay in the organization, it was difficult to find food in the fishmongers but jumping from one store to another, we found octopus, cuttlefish and salmon steaks anyway.
Octopuses are not very large and require longer cooking time. Having opted for cooking on the coals, it was not easy to cook them well and took about 40 minutes. While the cuttlefish and the salmon took a few minutes.
What else do you add to these photos that I think speak for themselves?!

Gli amici sono importanti e mangiare in compagnia è sempre una festa. Abbiamo organizzato una grigliata last minute questa volta puntando sul pesce invece delle solita carne.
A causa del ritardo nell'organizzazione, è stato difficile trovare cibo nelle pescheria ma saltando da un punto vendita all'altro, abbiamo trovato comunque polpi, seppie e tranci di salmone.
I polpi non sono molto grandi e richiedono il tempo maggiore di cottura. Avendo optato per la cottura sui carboni, non è stato semplice cucinarli bene ed ha richiesto circa 40 minuti. Mentre le seppie ed il salmone hanno richiesto pochi minuti.
Cos'altro aggiungere a queste foto che credo parlino da sole?!

That looks very yummy, I have never had an octopus on the grill!
it's really very good and you can also cook it in various ways: 🐙 salad (boiled and seasoned with parsley, lemon and oil) or cooked in tomato sauce!

Grazie mille! La grigliata di pesce è leggera e più digeribile, preferibile soprattutto la sera (la carne la digerisco dopo ore 🤣)
