Something was clearly wrong with my body in my hot yoga class last week as I had to lay down pretty early already because I felt like I was going to black out. This wasn't the first time this happened, but previous times there was always a clear reason of it usually being down to not having eaten enough. Last week had no real clear explaination which had me worried a bit and I guess I put that in my head making it into something of a dellusion. I skipped the other lessons that week, but went back yeterday fully assuming it was going to happen again and that I was going to have it checked. It turned out not to be the case and I was just fine surviving the class also not taking it to the limit. I'll push a bit harder on Wednesday and see how it goes. For now it looks like I'm in the clear again.
I had a bit of a fallback (again) last week but I'm into it again fully determined to reach my goal a couple of months from now. I plan on making tuesday into a fasting day and will be getting my niece from school.
