Day 529 | Feeling a bit Under The Weather

I started a challenge of taking 100 days off to mainly focus on my health and overall personal development and used this account as a personal blog to keep track of all my activity. I enjoyed it and continued afterward trying to build better habits and find a good balance between health, fitness, work and my personal life...

I'm not sure exactly what it is, but I'm not feeling 100% currently. It's probably a very mild or starting illness or just something inbetween my ears because I randomly struggled during my hot yoga class yesterday. I'm taking it quite easy anyhow and most focus is on not allowing myself to give into some junk food cravings continuing to drop some weight which is actually working quite well. Yesterday I prepared a cauliflower with white sauce (based on vegan milk and without any fat). I also went to bed early spending my evening pretty much on my cauch in front of the tv and I did have a really good night sleep. I'm also fully on track on the weight loss goals I set for each day. The early stages are always easy and things go really quick.

I will make sure this post gets near the non-linear reward curve 24 hours after it was posted so everyone that showed support won't get screwed over by reduced curation rewards. All earning will be used to reinvest and grow on this platform so I can continue to increase the support I'm able to give back on Steemit over time! Thanks !

You said bye bye to the hamburgers only?

Not only hamburgers, I switched to a plantbased diet so I mostly eat vegetables, fruits, nuts & seeds. I've been on it mostly for the last 2 years but do still have the occasional relapse though. Once I'm in the flow putting some time into my food it's pretty great and I don't really miss it. At times when I'm really busy or have a lot on my head it's still tempting to let myself go. Overall I'm managing quite good though.

Great you already do this for two years. It is hard to change food habits you are used too (all kind of habits).

We all should invest more time in the food but also in eating. It is hard to eat in a slow way somehow. I think to many eating is something we do in between all these things we need to do. It is better for the digestion too.

What do you eat if it is cold, winter? Or don't you have them. I find it easier to eat fruit and vegetables during the summer, winter is in most cases soup plus we eat a lot of beans.

Happy day and thanks for your respond 💕

Hope you feel better quickly! I'm sure you'll be back to the usual activity routine in no time, but sometimes the body is just ready for a nice little rest to get some time to recover. :)
