House hunting
Good day Steemians.
Hunting for a new house is not an easy thing. There are numerous reasons you are packing out from your previous apartment and looking for a new one.
This reasons may include
- Insecurity
- Lack of Potable water
- Lack of electricity
- Bad roads.
The above is few out of other problems user encounter before deciding to find a new house for good.
I reside in a developing country and we don't have everything on a platter of gold here. You have to continue moving and moving to get the perfect location. Some of the above mentioned problems can be associated with developed countries too, they are not just common.
Insecurity is one problem most users try to avoid in any area they want to live. You don't want your apartment to be burgled every now and then. It is best you stay in a secured neighborhood.
Water is life. The great Fela said Even if your child dies from drowning, you will still use water. That's the power of water. Potable water is used for many things. The absence of Potable means you either have to pay to get water at exorbitant amount or you walk miles to get it. This is man hours being spent on something not profitable.
The remaining 2 will be discussed in my next post. For now, wish me happy house hunting. I hope to find the best apartment that fit in my needs and also in a good neighborhood.
