Aston Martin Residence Miami 2021

Today I want to share with you the most lavish thing to coming out of the Automotive industry and it left me dumbfounded so to speak. It's the Residence development project in Miami by one of the most luxurious supercars company, Aston Martin. If you think this is a joke, think again as the makers of the luxurious car brand Aston Martin have decided to enter the real estate market and have decided to construct a tower on Miami marina dedicated to their car brand.

Situated in downtown Miami waterfront the Aston Martin Residence will be a 66 floor tower with a lavish gym, two cinemas and an infinity pool, this is what Luxe Max means and its literally going to be the 007 lifestyle.

They are also going to put an Aston Martin supercar in the foyer, the model is all speculation but according to the picture seen below it's the Aston Martin Vulcan, most expensive AM which is a track weapon and its not Street Legal.

Being a supercars addict and all the most important and number one material used to build supercars and hypercars is carbon fiber. Its very light and extremely strong, you can choose which to have on some car models like the raw forged carbon composite or the flawless shine of exposed carbon fiber. Aston Martin apartments will have carbon furniture like door handles bearing the logo of AM and floors to ceiling windows that will keep you glued staring.

The Man behind these lavish interiors is non other than Marek Reichman who was behind the design of the last James Bond car, the Aston Martin DB10. Just look at the lavish design of the residence interior, if you want to add personal touches to your apartment you can get Marek and his team to design a unique interior for you.

ASTON MARTIN RESIDENCE will have 7 penthouses and one 'Triplex' penthouse up for grabs, all have their private pools and views of the Miami Marina and Atlantic ocean. It will also have a full Spa, 24hr butler service, beauty salon and barber shop. The fitness center will have a spinning studio, boxing gym and a virtual golf room all over looking the ocean.

Drooling yet friends 😀? Well that is what the majority of us will ever do anyway because to own one and get to live in it you'd need to splash out base price of £450,000 for a 2 bedroom apartment upto £38 million for the 'Triplex Penthouse'.
